If we sent you the wrong item by mistake and you’d like to exchange it and you wanted to exchange quickly. we will generate a return slip for you. Then you’ll have to go to the relevant courier office to make the return.

However, if you prefer a reverse pickup, please note that it may take up to 12 working days as this is the courier company’s policy.

Additionally, if you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you’ll need to ship it back to us at your own expense.

To have a whole new and easy shopping experience at home, the G-Rode provides 15 days return and exchange policy for you. You can return or exchange all items with in 15 days of product receipt.

Important : Exchanges / returns will only be processed if the returned merchandise is unused / unwashed and with all original accessories i.e tags, labels & poly bag etc.
